Svaankashayanaasana
EFFECTS Gives the rest for whole body.Removes the hardnes of the shoulders.It helps for bending and twisting aasanas.Body will be in healthy position.Decrease the size of the waist.STEPS :--1.Sit in Padmasana position.
2.Hold the big toe of the left leg, by bringing left hand from the back side,head should be on the floor bending towards right side position.
3.By folding right hand bring the palm, on to the ankle of right leg,palm of the hand should touch chin and ear facing upwards.Breathe for 2 to 3 minutes naturally.
4.Return to Padmasana by lifting head upwards.By changing the legs repeat the above aasana for left side.
