How to do Moorchchha
An aspirant practising this Pranayama falls into a swoon and he remains in an unconscious state. Hence this Pranayama is called' Moorchchha'.
Technique :
Sit in any comfortable position. Inhale through both the nostrils. Then practise deep jalandhar Bandha and hold the breath. Then exhale through the nostrils.

■As the mind remains in an unconscious state, the aspirant experiences spiritual joy.
■This Pranayama brings the mind in the profound state of quietude. According to Yogashastra, 'mana' (the mind) becomes amana that is non-existent. In other words, it is in communion with the Supreme Power.
